We paid for the VIP because of the smaller group and it was worth the difference. While the big tours were packed onto one strip of sand we had space and shade further down the beach.

Absolutely worth it
Water in Saona is a colour I did not think was real. Photos do not do it justice. Easily the best day of our week in Punta Cana.

Exceeded every expectation
Pickup was on time, driver was friendly, whole thing was organised properly. No hidden costs at the end which I half expected.

Would book again tomorrow
Hoyo Azul is the reason you come and it does not disappoint. The colour of that water at the bottom of the cliff is unreal. Cold, deep, and worth the walk down.

Life jackets provided at Hoyo Azul which made my non swimming wife comfortable enough to get in. She is still proud of herself.
